What methods of payment are accepted? And do you have a financing plan?
There is no financing plan. We accept Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

If I am located outside of your delivery zone, will you deliver for a fee?
We can accommodate delivery outside of our designated zone for a fee. Please call the main office for a quote. Contact Us

How much is required for a deposit upon ordering?
25% of the order total is required to process your order.

What is your return policy?
Please be certain of your selection. Your order is placed specially for you and cannot be canceled or returned.

I’m interested in a vendor not listed on your site, do you have access to it?
We are able to get alternative lines and could also provide you with something similar in style and quality, but contact the main office to be sure.

How long will it take to receive my order after placing it?
Each furniture vendor varies. After placing the order our staff will call you with ship times specific to your order.

Is there a charge for furniture assembly upon delivery?
Delivery and assembly are complimentary services at House of Values.

Do you remove existing furniture and accept items on consignment?
Our store sells only new and special order furniture. We do not accept or sell items on consignment for clients and will not remove existing furniture.
